Welcome to the farm!

It’s been a whirlwind these last few months. Long story short, we renovated our home this past fall/winter and finished up in January. March we went to Utah and while we were there I was showing Jordan’s family the Florida housing market and I stumbled upon this farmhouse and fell in love. We got home on a Monday and Wednesday I arranged to see the house. Jordan was out of town so my mom and I sent him a million pictures and videos. From the second I walked in and saw the original hardwood floors I fell in love. We put an offer in, had LOTS of inspections and three months later here we are. New proud owners of this farm!

She’s a fixer upper forsure but the bones of the house are SO GOOD! The kitchen is great, and with some fresh paint throughout the house, popcorn ceiling removal, refinished floors and a lot of love this house will be our little piece of heaven.

The property has a baseball field, barn, shed, chicken coop and a pole barn. We have about 3 acres of property and our only neighbors are cows. Jordan grew up in rural Utah on a farm so this is right up his alley. I’ve always dreamed of having a farmhouse especially a white one with black shutters. UGHHH TO DIE FOR 😍

I can’t wait to share this restoration with y’all.

Now I’m ready to hear all your “McDonald Farm” jokes and puns.
